In this role, you are responsible to drive revenue and profit for our FlyOver attractions using a rational, disciplined decision-making process while managing risk under current and anticipated market conditions. This highly collaborative position is key to the development and implementation of effective product, price, inventory, and distribution strategies. This position oversees all aspects of inventory management in all guest channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs).
This role requires leadership, strong relationship-building abilities, change management skills, creative thinking, and an analytical mind. It requires an ability to successfully communicate rate and product recommendations to Pursuit Leadership Team, Sales Directors and General Managers who must align on the pricing strategies. To be successful, you will be highly collaborative with your local team and effectively communicate the strategies to the Executive leadership. FlyOvers are one of Pursuits year-round attractions and while they have some seasonal fluctuations, they are watched by the company and our Board all year.
