Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sr. Operations Analyst for Wholesale Systems to serve as the main point of contact between the Wholesale business and information technology teams. This individual will drive requirements gathering, road mapping, enhancement prioritization, and EDI partner integrations for key systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite ERP, and Looker. They will collaborate with subject matter experts within the Wholesale team to identify and fulfill technology needs and oversee the quality assurance process. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, this role will ensure effective communication and escalation of any issues to executive leadership. Job Description In this role, you will… Act as the primary liaison between the Wholesale business and information technology teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Drive requirements gathering, road mapping, and enhancement prioritization for key systems, including Salesforce, NetSuite ERP, and Looker Oversee and manage EDI partner integrations, working closely with technical teams and Wholesale partners. Collaborate with subject matter experts within the Wholesale team to identify unmet technology needs within the focus systems and develop solutions. Understand and document the business needs of the Wholesale group and work with information technology teams to translate business needs into technical requirements for implementation by the IT team. Own the quality assurance (QA) process, ensuring that implemented solutions effectively meet business needs and are compatible with existing systems. Communicate the status of work in progress to executive leadership and escalate any issues as needed. To be successful, you’ll need… Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a Wholesale or Retail environment Exceptional executive presence and excellent communication skills with proven ability to communicate verbally or in written correspondence. Familiarity with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and experience managing partner integrations is highly preferred. Experience with Jira, Salesforce, NetSuite ERP, and/or Looker systems is a huge plus. Our ideal candidate is… Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to think programmatically. An experienced or up-and-coming project/program manager with their process for managing projects and delivering timely results. Ability to understand business operations and identify technology solutions to meet needs, particularly within Salesforce, NetSuite ERP, and Looker systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
