The Opportunity:

PureSpectrum is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The Marketing Coordinator will contribute toward targeted marketing campaigns, creative content development, reporting and analysis. This role will also respond to lead inquiries, provide lead qualification and maintain sales resources. This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong interest in technology and looking to jumpstart their career in marketing.

This position reports to the VP of Marketing working as a Hybrid colleague (50%) within our Westlake Village Office.

Location: Westlake Village, CA

Your Responsibilities:

• Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data
• Supporting the marketing team in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars and organizing and planning promotional presentations
• Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use
• Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
• Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed
• Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership

Requirements:

• A top-notch project manager, able to manage multiple initiatives at once with speed and high-quality detail.
• 1-3 years of marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education/professional experience required.
• An excellent communicator – written and verbal, to work with many parts of the organization.
• Intellectually curious with a high drive for excellence and success.
• Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Photoshop and web editing packages.
• Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
• Must have a high level of creativity.
• Occasional travel may be required.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $50,000 and $60,000. Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, and work location. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as relevant education, work-related experience, and skills. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may be eligible for bonus, benefits and other incentives.
