SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
The IT Systems Operations team is seeking a skilled administrator to assist with the management of Okta, AD and Google Workspace as well as other cloud and on-prem systems. You’ll be responsible for working through escalations brought to our team, as well as delivering on projects and documentation.
- Set up Okta SSO integrations and administer the Okta user base
- Help to improve automation in account, system and application provisioning
- Serve as an escalation point for the Service Desk
- Contribute to documentation on infrastructure and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to support initiatives
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE…
- BS or BA in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
- 4 years’ of progressive experience with Okta, AD and SaaS applications
- Experience with Okta Workflows or other low-code automation tool
- Experience with Google Workspace administration and usage
- Experience with Powershell, Python or other scripting languages
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools
- Security minded approach to all aspects of systems administration
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and or GCP a plus
- Inquisitive and innovative technological interest
- Outstanding customer focused communication and relationship soft skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with proven documentation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly by email, teleconference, or other methods deemed necessary to perform job responsibilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple high priority project deliverables
- Vendor management and engagement experience
- Experience working in a highly engineering focused environment
