This is a part-time (20 hours per week), non-exempt position - Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day, structured as needed.
The Interim Managing Broker of the office at 525 Henry Chapple St., Billings, and the Marketing Director in our Kalispell office are the immediate supervisors. This position is primarily responsible for handling the daily marketing efforts for our Billings and Red Lodge offices along with training each Agent on our marketing services and technology. The secondary responsibility is backing up the office manager for opening/closing the office and answering phones.
Job Requirements: Great communication skills,Working knowledge of Adobe In-Design and Acrobat along with basic Microsoft Office programs, working knowledge of social media channels, customer service experience, willingness to work independently, proven integrity and trustworthiness, be able to complete requested tasks and projects in a timely fashion in order meet deadlines, be receptive to new ideas, and candid in the sharing of information, and be professional at all times.

Job duties are as follows:
o Maintain positive Agent Relationships. Foster an atmosphere of a fun, exciting, and professional workplace. Consistently provide top-level service to all agents.
o Train all Agents to use the PWRE marketing platform including digital and print services.
o Proactively engage Current Agents with scheduled sessions to enable Agents to follow through in using the marketing platform.
o Onboard New Agents regarding marketing services and continue with follow-up.
o Communication skills at all levels are a must – written and verbal.
o Collaborate with the Office Manager to ensure smooth service delivery for the agents, coverage for the phones and walk-ins, and each other’s time away from the office.
o Exhibit stellar phone skills for inbound and outbound calls.
o Greeting and Directing Prospective Clients.
o Assist in vendor relationships with sign companies, photographers, and videographers.
o Manage marketing expenses for the Office.
o Consult with Managing Broker to help focus the promotion of the office.
o Plan for various office functions- Downtown Association, Chamber, etc.
o Rally agents to ensure participation.
o Experience with all social media channels.
o Design and Upload Property Ads for Agents for company co-op publications
o Order, Design, Track Signs for Agents - Interact with Sign Companies
o Gather Content and Edit company magazine, Pure MT, with Marketing Director
o Exceptional attention to detail in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
o Creative writing experience is a huge bonus
o Experience in print, online, digital, and event marketing
o Experience with MS Office Suite, familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
o Experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
o Ability to learn additional technical systems and platforms specific to real estate and teach others how to use platforms. (Christie’s Suite and Adwerx)
o Maintain and assist office manager with copiers, printers, computers, phone system, and wi-fi network.
