Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Concierge

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Welcomes patients and visitors to the Pure Plastic Surgery office by greeting them in person and on the phone. Answering inquiries or referring questions to other staff members.
- Answer leads and logging them in a timely manner.
- Confirm all patients, as well as call list provided.
- Schedule appointments.
- Collect payments.
- Scan documents.
- Send documents via HelloSign.
- Send welcome packages.
- Take inventory of snacks and office supplies.
- Prepare office for the day (turn lights on, etc).
- Maintain reception areas in a neat and orderly condition.
- Take care of Ipads.
- Assist staff as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Approachable personality and demeanor to work with the public and assist patients in a professional, friendly manner.
- Basic office skills such as typing, computer and filing.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
- The ability to learn new skills quickly, retain information trained on and apply skills learned on a continuous basis.
- Sense of ownership of role and accountability.
Education and Experience:
- Graduate of a certified medical office training course preferred.
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
Full Time – Hours are typically Monday – Friday 8:30am-4:30pm - Occasional Saturday hours on a rotating basis. Competitive hourly rate!
Salary : $23,600 - $29,900
