As an Entry Level Sales Associate on our team, you will be responsible for executing outreach and sales strategies within a predetermined territory. The core focus for this role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers and execute sales presentations. We are committed to providing every Entry Level Sales Associate with hands-on training to ensure you are positioned for rapid success with our team. The Entry Level Sales Associate will report directly to the senior team lead and executive sales manager.
Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities Include:
- Emphasize the features of our client's products and services through impactful and interactive presentations to establish new customers or upgrade current ones
- Recommend service and product upgrades that best accommodates our client’s needs to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction
- Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on all products and available promotions
- Assist the management team members and executives as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues from various departments as needed
Entry Level Sales Associate Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Degree in business or communications preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-faced position preferred
- Able to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times
- Highly adaptable and able to think on your feet
- Able to perform well under pressure and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Able to travel locally
- Able to work full-time, 40 hours a week
- Able to stay positive and focused on the task at hand
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
