RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an IT Director you would be responsible for managing all back end systems and a variety of tasks.

• Provide upper level (Tier 3) support by troubleshooting system related problems and coordinate with relevant team members and/or third party vendors for problem resolution;

• Experience with managing the backend of POS systems and mobile apps, e.g. Toast, Incentivio, etc.;

• API Platform Integrations for payment processing, menu integrations, third-party delivery platforms (Uber, Doordash), etc.;

• Develop and manage a support ticketing system and manage the schedule of the IT Specialist (Tier 1);

• Verify accuracy of hardware and equipment inventory logs as well as vendor payment balances and credits;

• Organize and maintain company G Suite account (i.e. email creation, group/department management, shared drives access/calendar);

• Implement and oversee company-wide data security protocols;

• Develop and update SOPs and fact sheets on company’s IT systems and procedures;

• Roll out company-wide IT updates, new initiatives and installations;

• Maintain online platforms accuracy (Google, Apple Maps, Yelp, etc). Regularly review changes and updates made by online users and ensure consistency of all ordering links and call to actions.

• Monday- Friday position with availability on weekends (on call).

• Managing a direct report and providing guidance, projects and scheduling.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as an IT Manager/Director

• Extensive experience in G Suite (Email, Shared Drive, Docs, Sheets and Forms)

• Experience with Toast Software, preferred but not required

• Experience working in a hospitality setting in a similar position.

• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred

• Ability to organize and prioritize

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

• Excellent proficiency in written and oral communication.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

• 25% travel in South Florida
