Title: Digital Marketing Manager - Facebook

You will be reporting to the CEO directly.

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage revenue and profitability of the Facebook marketing team

· Manage and develop direct-response marketing strategies

· Manage and train our internal media buyers and copywriters

· Work with the Product Team to create and optimize funnels

· Work with the internal Email and SMS team

· Work with the Data Team to create deep analytics

· Set and manage your team to achievable KPIs

Required Skills:

· You have run your own Facebook Campaigns

· You have managed a min. of $250k/mo in FB ad spend

· You know how to write / edit copy that converts (direct response, not just brand)

· You know how to build and optimize marketing funnels

· You know how to build and optimize product funnels

Qualifications:

· 5 Years of Online Marketing Experience

· 2 Year of Ecomm – DTC Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree (required)

· Master’s Degree (preferred)

· Managed a single team of 5 (direct reports)

· Trained at least 10 people in your career

· Managed ad spend in excess of $7M annually

Additional Skills/Experience (Preferred):

· Native Traffic – Outbrain, Taboola, Yahoo, etc.

· Google – GDN / PPC / Youtube

· Photoshop (basic knowledge)

· Project Management Tools (e.g. Click-Up, Monday, Trello)

· Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus

· Familiarity with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
