POSITION SUMMARY
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be supporting the Physician Engagement Team to contribute to the success of the program and create and support stable relationships between physicians and Adobe Care and Wellness. In this role, you will be responsible for all administrative duties that support establishing and maintaining relationships with providers in the surrounding areas. In this Administrative Assistant role, you may be asked to support the coordination and planning of community events in and around AZ and NV. With this, you may be asked to work the occasional evening or weekend or have overnight travel.
This position typically reports to our Phoenix Office (16th St and Glendale Ave), Monday-Friday, 8a-5p.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Physician Engagement Team and provider relations department by performing tasks related to the organization by accomplishing related results as directed and updating appointment calendars.
- Helps in event planning for company events while working closely provider relations team.
- Work collaboratively within a team setting to provide positive patient outcomes.
- Makes travel arrangements for PR staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Creates memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.
- Captures meeting minutes with assigned duties and follow-up timelines.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude in providing customer service and quality care.
- Ability to manage sensitive information in a confidential manner.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word and Outlook, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Identify and resolve problems in efficient and effective ways.
- Ability to manage sensitive information in a confidential manner.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
- Experience in the care of the elderly in some geographic regions is preferred.
- Experience in home health, physician’s office, or public health is preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPPA regulations.
- Knowledge of CMS guidelines.
EDUCATION, LICENSES, & CERTIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or other college experience preferred.
