Further duties will include:
- Contribute at an advanced level to the migration to ServiceNow from legacy systems
- Provide long-term oversight to ensure continuity and integration for Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, and CMDB modules as well as provide oversight as I/S integrates additional functions into ITSM solution
- Contribute to ongoing design and development efforts related to the ServiceNow platform and integrations
- Automate legacy processes using available ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
- Assist in analyzing and resolving configuration issues promptly including, but not limited to, Discovery, Workflows and Reporting
- Work closely with the business areas and application support team to improve business processes
- Maintain a consistently large, and often dynamic workload and assist others with day-to-day direction for technical guidance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other analytical discipline or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years’ experience analyzing complex business problems and translating business requirements into technology solutions that factor in system performance, usability, quality, cross-system interdependencies, and scalability
- 3-5 years’ experience supporting fully integrated ServiceNow instances
- Experience working with Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile project methodologies
- Experience supporting relational database systems
- Available to work after hours and weekends
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ITIL foundation
- Experience migrating individual ITSM products (Incident Management, CMDB, Change Management, and Request Management) into ServiceNow
