Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Gather requirement by analyzing and evaluating information from the business partners to design new products for the client. Design business requirement document, process flows, traceability matrices, test plans and product roadmaps. Identify issues to be tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner for the built product. Collaborate with clients to understand the user and business pain points and design solutions. Design the product roadmap by identifying user impact and business impact based on evaluating financial KPIs. Define the acceptance criteria by creating user stories to define business requirements for the product development. Collaborate with the cross functional team to design the product in sprints using agile methodology. Track and analyze the KPIs for the built product to ensure smooth operation that meets the demands of the business and their customers. Manage timely, relevant, and accurate reporting and analysis of the results of the division’s performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results. Collaborate with the development and testing teams to identify defects associated with the system and identify potential business impact by tracking KPIs.
