THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE
The purpose of the Activation Manger is to manage the Activation team to deliver exceptional results across their client patch, including supporting major client or sponsorship negotiations and delivery. The Activation Manager should also provide a high level of client service and maintain a cohesive working environment. The Activation Manager reports into Activation Director / Associate Activation Director and is responsible for the development of Activation Executive and Coordinator, should oversee their output and provide regular feedback. This person should also provide support for the Investment leads where required on various agency projects.

WHAT BEHAVIOURS DOES OUR DREAM ACTIVATION MANAGER HAVE?
- Passionate about the media and advertising industry with an interest in new technology
- Confident and engaging interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- A team player that is inspiring, collaborative and enjoys training and motivating their team
- A good negotiator, able to resolve issues in a fair and objective manner.
- Balances the relationships with media partners, understanding the information sharing boundaries
- Develops and maintains professional and friendly media relationships
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to keep themselves and their team accountable for their outputs
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years experience
- Strong media buying experience across all offline channels, digital a benefit
- Preferably a University degree or higher education qualifications
- Experience of managing at least one person.
- Expert across the following Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong media understanding and have a full understanding and experience in using the full suite of media planning and measurement tools.
- Possess sound financial management skills
