Development Lead – Hybrid

From big picture to the nitty gritty, you will help us create award-winning digital experiences for an enticing and growing client list. Must have a good eye for modern design, a mindset for creating better user experiences, and the attitude to work with a small, fun, fast-paced group of thinkers, doers and creators.

What’s the Job?

Designing, developing, along with any necessary maintenance for websites and landing pages for our range of clients. Must have understanding and experience with HTML, CSS, WordPress, Javascript/JQuery, PHP, and responsive design environment. Experience with the Divi WordPress theme is a plus.

Required Experience:

 4 years of web development experience

Demonstrated working knowledge of basic coding languages, including HTML, CSS, and Javascript/JQuery

Demonstrated ability with WordPress CMS and theme customization, migration and workflows (including phpMyAdmin, SQL, hosting, domains and DNS records)

PHP experience in relation to WordPress theme development

Desired Experience in the following areas:

Additional CMS a plus; Drupal, Craft CMS, etc.

Other digital marketing services (email, SEO, SEM, social media, etc.)

Managing web hosting and domain management environments

Responsive Design

Divi WorkPress themes

UX principles

Google Analytics and Tag Manager
