- Utilize computerized systems and software to manage data and documents
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including using Sage 100 for basic accounting functions
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with computerized systems and software used for data management
- Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
