So, the intro of this job posting was supposed to be an epic 3D rendering of David (you) against Goliath (challenges, changes, Murphy’s law, etc.) emerging victorious in epic design - but we need a great Designer with 3D skills for that.

You will gain a deep understanding of cultural trends and be up to speed on our client’s businesses with a varied skill set that will include above all, big ideas thinking and bringing them to life with your visual skill sets.

What You Will Be Doing At Public Label

• Work closely with creative leadership to create strong concepts from initial briefing and presentation through to execution.
• Working closely with writers and Art directors to bring bid ideas to visual life.
• Be fully adept and familiar with the entire Abode suite and complimentary software to develop 3D renderings and design.
• Be able to create impactful 3D images and deck design. (This is a good to have, not a must)
• Maintain a high awareness of relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities.
• Conceptualize larger projects with XM partners and creatives (i.e., fully integrated 360 campaigns, content videos, social media and XM events)
• Be an integral contributor to New Business initiatives.
• Have the opportunity to work in a fun & fast-paced environment on exciting brands

What You Need To Be Great In This Role

• A rockstar understanding of Photoshop & full understanding of Adobe Suite
• Interest in broadening experience in technologies like Cinema4D and SketchUp
• 3-5 years of experience in design as a Creative designer (3D renderer is a bonus)
• Demonstrated ability to combine and translate complex material from different sources and contexts into stories/content that engage and resonate with target audiences.
• Have a keen sense of how an idea needs to dominate all your efforts. Ensuring 3D and design is in support of a concept.
• A powerful grasp of how content can play out across multiple mediums.
• Experience working as part of a traditional creative team (Art Director and Copywriter) is preferred
• Confident while presenting and communicating clearly to other team members and clients.
