PTS Corp/Consume is Hiring an Office Manager Near Canton, OH

About the Role

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting various administrative duties, helping ensure the facility operates efficiently and smoothly. Tasks for this position include, but not limited to, entering data into systems, licensing and onboarding new employees, coordinating deliveries, and managing inbound and outbound mail and shipments.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support various administrative duties and help ensure the facility is operating smoothly.
  • Provide administrative support as necessary, including entering data into Sage.
  • Assist with general organization of paperwork and filing.
  • Oversee order fulfillment, scheduling transportation of goods.
  • Manage inventory levels and place orders as necessary.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and shipments; manage outgoing mail and shipments.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel.
  • Oversee employee licensing process.
  • Onboard new hires, assist with orientation and trainings.
  • Assist in distributing corporate communications to local employees.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.

Must Haves

Education and Experience:

  • To remain compliant with state law, you must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Associate degree with 3-5 years of experience; additional related experience may substitute.
