You will be a critical member of the technical accounting and SEC reporting team of a global company with over 30 legal entities worldwide. You will prepare our SEC reports (10-Q, 10-K) with the support of accounting staff and with input from cross functional teams.You will partner closely with our investor relations and legal teams on our earnings release process.You will manage and develop a staff accountant, who will help in drafting schedules and footnotes for 10-Q/K. You will be responsible for preparation of complex accounting calculations for the quarterly close, including stock-based compensation and review of the global bonus calculation. You will execute key accounting controls for Sarbanes-Oxley purposes and provide support to the internal and external auditors to assist in the completion of quarterly reviews and annual audits. You will develop and document corporate & technical accounting policies and procedures.
