POSITION DETAILS:

  • Job Type: Part-time (20 - 30 hours/week), Monday through Friday. No evenings, no weekends.
  • Location: Greenfield Clinic: 2915 W. Layton Ave. Greenfield, WI 53221
  • Benefits: Paid Time Off & Holidays, 401K plan with opportunity for year end profit sharing

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous administrative and customer service experience (preferred)
  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • Proficient in all Microsoft platforms
  • High energy worker able to keep up with busy office environment

OBJECTIVE:

PT Plus is looking for a warm, personable individual who is passionate about patient care and helping others. You will be the first face our patients see, creating a welcoming, warm, and healing environment in our clinics. Your primary goal is to improve the patient experience at PT Plus clinics. Your secondary role will be to assist all clinical and admin team with duties as requested.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Greet patients upon arrival
  • Answer phones and assist patients and referral sources with questions
  • Ensure patient paperwork is completed and scanned into EMR
  • Shredding paperwork at completion
  • Assist patients with measurement surveys
  • Coordinate insurance requirements with patients and PT Plus Insurance Specialists
  • Assist staff with clinical, clerical, and marketing tasks
  • Maintain a clean clinic; sanitizing tables between visits, empty wastebaskets, weekly vacuuming, sweeping
  • Accept patient payments for retail items
  • Accept patient payments for clinic visits
  • Route necessary mail, documents, and payments to the corporate office
