Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establishes talent acquisition needs by collaborating with hiring managers
  • Creates compelling job descriptions to attract top candidates
  • Determines applicant qualifications by screening applicants 
  • Conducts in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Completes employment verifications and provides offer letters
  • Tracks the entire recruitment lifecycle through an Applicant Tracking System
  • Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of leadership, as well as external candidates
  • Highly self-motivated, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines
Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
  • Stable work history with good references from past employers
  • Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
  • Speak fluent English
  • PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
