PSC Group is continuosly growing and is seeking for a Finance Manager to join our team at our Pasadena Corporate office! Your overall responsibility for accounting, analysis, budgeting / forecasting, and financial reporting for some of our business lines. PSC is a fast-growing and dynamic organization with locations across the United States. This role requires a close working relationship with operations leaders, the executive leadership team and financial accounting team; management of a team of accounting and finance staff; and interaction with various departments across the company. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and comprehensive analysis of operating results and key metrics to Operations leaders
  • Lead general accounting operations for the business line
  • Support external audit process and work collaboratively with Group Operations Controller and financial accounting team to ensure GAAP and internal controls are met
  • Establish strong relationships with cross-functional leaders and be seen as a financial partner to Operations and an expert on accounting matters
  • Play an integral role in financial system implementations and/or enhancements to maximize productivity and improve management decision-making
  • Identify and lead opportunities to automate and streamline accounting and business operations to support the company’s growth
  • Provide leadership in strengthening staff with commitment to recruiting, mentoring, and training a diverse team
  • Up to 20% travel to field locations as needed
Desired Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • 10-15 years work experience in an accounting/financial analysis environment preferably with a manufacturing organization
  • 2 years at a business unit Controller level or equivalent Accounting leadership position
  • Experience in a services-based industry strongly preferable
Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • 10 years of accounting / finance experience
  • Presenting financial results and cost analysis
  • Cost / inventory accounting experience
  • Superior Excel skills required, NetSuite a plus
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
  • Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
  • Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
