Your Team
The Director, Program Management role within the Agile Transition Office is responsible for leading the Agility Health adoption, usage, and reporting. A key expectation of this role is to partner across the enterprise to increase adoption and provide areas for continuous improvement. The role will be responsible for bringing together user needs and agile tooling capabilities.
Here is what you can expect in a typical day
• Lead the enterprise adoption of our Agile Maturity Assessment with Agility Health• Define the Agility Health Adoption Strategy by partnering with leaders across the enterprise• Collaborate with associates across the organization to refine all agile assessments• Manage vendor relationship, including feedback, escalations, and licensing information• Lead in defining the opportunity and implementing change to improve efficiencies/transformation throughout the Agility Health adoption program• Lead the Agility Health team in establishing standards, processes, and improvements. Use metrics and feedback to identify and provide feedback to improve the individual's and team's effectiveness• Lead in crafting and delivering key messages/communications to stakeholders
To Succeed in this Role:
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience• 6-8 years of Program Management experience, preferably in an agile environment• 5 years working in an agile environment• Experience with driving change in an organization through the adoption of new processes or tools• Problem Solving - Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem-solving appropriately to diverse situations.• Strong influencing, relationship-building, and communication skills, including written communication.• Decision Making and Critical Thinking - Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.• Accuracy and Attention to Detail - Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Agility Heath• Experience working in an Agile Enterprise Office
