Providence is Hiring a Facilities Technician Near Hood River, OR

Description

The Maintenance Technician position is a skilled trade position responsible for the repair and replacement activity essential to the ongoing viability of the physical plant including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and mechanical replacement and repair, apartment turnover and implementation of a preventative maintenance schedule.

Required Qualifications:

  • Two years Providing maintenance technician services in multi-family settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training: Some formal training in skilled trades.
