Dishwasher Job Responsibilities

Help the culinary team maintain a clean & sanitized kitchen

Properly wash, dry, polish, stack, and store dishware, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.

Keep the dish area free of clutter and organized to improve efficiency in the kitchen

Set up & tear down the dish stations, including dish machines and sinks

Change water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly use chemical dilutions set forth by EcoLab

Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries

Maintain clean / dry floors throughout the shift

Maintain trash cans throughout the shift and remove full trash cans and boxes at the end of each shift

Maintain and organize the dry storage area and walk in cooler

Follow the posted daily dish cleaning duties

Assist in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed Qualifications...
