Providence Life Services offers a full range of services for families who need retirement living, assisted living, rehab, skilled nursing, and more. Providence Life Services is seeking a Risk Management Assistant, Part Time at 24 hours per week.
Summary of essential job functions:
- Reviews all incident Reports for quality and trends.
- Reports and communicates with insurance company.
- Conducts internal audits of required topics.
- Monitors areas of risk and advises on potential concerns.
- Prepares reports and analyzes trends .
- Educates Leadership staff on topics of importance.
- Maintains the organizations event reporting system.
- Assists in insurance renewal activities.
- Promotes organizational culture of safety.
- Excellent organization and follow through required.
- Ability to work on time sensitive issues and balance the needs of the organization.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Senior Living with knowledge of medical terminology, operations, and ability to work with various EMR software required.
- Prolonged or considerable walking or standing.
- Able to lift, position, or transfer supplies.
- Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, or crouching.
- Visual acuity and hearing to perform required skills.
