Providence House Assisted Living is looking for a friendly, out-going & reliable Receptionists to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Display a warm, friendly, professional greeting to all who enter the facility
Monitor COVID-19 sign in procedures for employees, residents and visitors and maintain visitor log
Answers the phone in a friendly and professional manor; direct calls as needed
Sign residents in and out of the building
Update Daily Census worksheet
Receive and sort administrative mail, inter-office envelopes & resident packages
Assure confidentiality of all resident information
Organizing Resident files
Directing visitors to the correct office
Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
Other administrative tasks as assigned
Must have Covid Vaccines and at least 1 booster
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Functional reading & writing skills in English required; multi-lingual skills desired
Computer literacy with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Administrative and customer service experience preferred
Our ideal candidate will enjoy working with a diverse elderly population. They will be dependable, able to work as a member of a team, have effective communication skills and the ability to manage a busy front desk area with calmness and sensitivity to residents, visitors and guests.
