Description Call Center Representative (254955) Schedule: FTE: 0.01, Variable This position is responsible for handling incoming, outgoing and inter-office calls in a timely and efficient manner, while simultaneously responding to all hospital emergency codes. Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately by utilizing customer service skills to optimize the opportunity of each customer contact. Use technology tools as directed and within established guidelines. Required to maintain confidentiality of Swedish Medical Center's customers and data.
