Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum.

We are looking for an amazing Chief Development Officer. This role is responsible for all activities related to patient acquisition and development and will design and execute on patient acquisition strategy and campaigns, and partner with Clinical Excellence and Operations to construct a compelling vision of the patient journey at Proud Moments. The Chief Development Officer will lead all growth strategies for our existing footprint, de novo activities, and M&A opportunities

Responsibilities

• Identify business development opportunities and execute to deliver on targeted growth targets
• Drive business development activities including doctor referral outreach, integrated client acquisition activities, and new market client outreach
• Lead market growth strategies, M&A activities, and de novo launch client acquisition
• Partner with marketing resources to create a targeted marketing strategy to grow client base
• Design and deliver integrated and relevant patient outreach through a variety of channels
• Partner with Clinical Excellence to provide potential patients with educational healthcare content
• Design and lead competitive intelligence activities
• Develop appropriate metrics and tracking mechanisms, service-level agreements and other planning and measurement tools to build accountability and measure results, impact and cost-effectiveness of programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with ten (10) years of patient development experience and five (5) years of management experience
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in delivering new patient growth in multi-unit healthcare services
• Proven ability to manage multiple on-going projects at the same time
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills, and conducts meetings
• Proficient in MS Office suite
