THE POSITION

Position Overview and Responsibilities

The Corporate Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for the organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions
  • Liaise with management to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills in order to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
  • Create and manage job postings that are articulate, professional, and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates
  • Identify current and future recruiting needs and source the best candidates to fill vacancies in a timely manner
  • Analyze existing talent acquisition process, recommend changes, and develop best practices
  • Schedule and/or conduct first interviews via email, phone, video, or in person
  • Speak knowledgeably about the Company and answer questions from candidates
  • Attend career fairs and events as needed
  • Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives
  • Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle all recruiting matters
  • Leverage ATS system to establish and monitor KPIs

Experience, Skillset, and Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting required
  • Ability to create and implement recruiting strategies for a variety of roles
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruitment and hiring
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Strong written communication skills and professional presentation experience
  • Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred

Travel Travel is expected to be around 10%. Valid Driver's License is required.

Position Type Full-time, Exempt

Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary and the potential for a discretionary, performance-based, year-end bonus. The Company offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), a generous PTO package, and company-paid short-term and long-term disability and employee life insurance.
