Job Summary
As an Executive Chef with Restaurant Associates, you will oversee all culinary functions for a restaurant account. This role involves managing and leading a team of associates while ensuring all safety and sanitation standards are met. This is a seven day a week account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cost controls and oversee expenditures for the account
- Plan and create all menus
- Purchase and manage inventory
- Implement new culinary programs in collaboration with the marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree preferred
- Three to five years of culinary management experience
- High volume production and catering experience is essential
- Proven experience in managing cost controls
- Strong desire to learn and grow with a leading foodservice company
