The customer account manager works within a defined geographic territory building strong relationships with existing customers.

Requirements

• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of the automotive industry in general and specific aftermarket competitors
• Strong sales and customer service experience
• Ability to close a sale and overcome common objections
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Superb problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (IE: Excel, Word and PowerPoint), with accurate data entry skills
• Willingness to work cooperatively across all departments to provide Prostock customers with the best possible experience
• High School Diploma
• Posses a valid driver’s license and meet insurance requirements
