Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize all catering events
- Assist with promotion of catering
- Plan food and beverage menus in consultation with chefs
- Determine requirements in ingredients and managing stock/ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and manage waitstaff and kitchen personnel
- Keeping budgets and maintaining financial and administrative records
- At least 3 years of catering experience
- Must be able to prepare & organize all catering events and assist with promotion
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Excellent people skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
