Specific Tasks:
The Contractor shall attend in house meetings with Branch personnel
concerning processes to support prompt, efficient and effective responsiveness
to customer needs.
The Contractor shall provide input on matters concerning ways to improve
the team efforts to document processes for inventory tracking of materials and
implement standard operating procedures for critical work.
The Contractor shall provide weekly input during staff meetings on
ways to accurately document the following:
The Contractor shall provide monthly updates to Branch personnel and
COR concerning the status of warehouse material and mailing activities by
written report including a spreadsheet or database no later than 10 calendar
days after end of the report month. Monthly report shall include all components
of activity that occurred within the month, i.e. postage costs, low level report,
status of all toolkits on hand, quantity of toolkits shipped that report month (to
include location sent, number of tool kit items sent, and number of
packages/boxes sent), quantity of toolkits received that report month, minimum
stock level, shipping time (days) from receipt of order to delivery to government
shipping/postal services, and Contractor attendance (number of days present
and number of days leave/sick). Reports shall be received by the COR no later
than 10 calendar days after end of report month 90% of the time. The Contractor
shall ensure that shipping time (days) from receipt of order to delivery to
government shipping/postal services shall be completed within 3 business days
85% of the time on a monthly basis. The Contractor shall ensure that no more
than 20 business days per contract period (one year) shall be missed by contract
personnel for leave/sick time without providing additional contract personnel.
Contractor shall ensure packages are stacked neatly within the
warehouse for shipment. Contractor shall bring together toolkit material to be
prepared, packed, transported, and mailed out through the postal service for
distribution to DoD and VA and occasionally civilian medical facilities.
Contractor shall maintain a status log of toolkits in the warehouse
inventory to include mail out logs, and Federal Express tracking log.
Contractor shall maintain the physical inventory so that items are
accountable and easily found within the warehouse facility. Accountability shall
consist of an index listing the toolkit component name and an associated sign at
the location of the component such that someone not working in the warehouse
can read the index and find the component. Toolkit components shall be free of
dust or other debris prior to packing for shipment.
Contractor shall transport Toolkit material boxes using a forklift between the
warehouse, mail center and office within the hours of 8 am to 5:00 pm.
Contractor shall transport print specifications for the printing, reproduction
of CDROMS and DVDs within the hours of 8 am to 5:00 pm.
Contractor shall transport, deliver, and pick-up large quantities of Toolkit
material items within a ten mile radius of Joint Base San Antonio supporting the
execution of duties within this PWS. Contractor shall report problems
associated with the transportation, delivery, and pick-up of Toolkit material
items to Branch personnel i.e. failure to transport, delivery not received,
delivered items are defective, quantities delivered are less than expected, etc.
Contractor shall submit a quarterly training status update to the COR via
email by spreadsheet on the mandatory training requirements completed by
contract personnel. The spreadsheet shall be submitted to the COR no later
than the 15th of the following months: May, August, November, February.
Contractor shall be compliant at 100% for all training requiring network access
and 80% or greater compliant overall on each reporting month. The Contractor
shall abide by all training requirements required by MEDCOM contract personnel
to include but not limited to Antiterrorism, Operational Security (OPSEC),
information assurance, HIPAA, Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and
Prevention (SHARP), iWATCH, and Threat Awareness and Reporting Program
(TARP).
Must have forklift and warehouse equipment experience.
