Job Description: As a Referral Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient referral process for our patients who are referred to our physical therapy clinics. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating referrals and authorizations with insurance providers and healthcare professionals
- Scheduling patient initial evaluation appointments in a timely fashion and managing the appointment calendar
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Collaborating closely with our healthcare team to ensure timely and seamless care delivery
Qualifications: To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience working in a physical therapy clinic or medical office is a plus
