Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling sensitive and confidential information, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, facilitating and tracking financial transactions, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinates travel arrangements. Also coordinates shipments and packages.
