Job Summary

The AR Analyst is responsible for working with customers to collect on outstanding commitments including working with them to obtain purchase orders and updating of invoices. The position will provide an opportunity to join a successful, rapidly-growing software company that recently partnered with one of the world’s leading private equity firms – Genstar Capital.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to ensure payment of outstanding obligations
• Work with clients in obtaining purchase orders or other renewal documentation
• Provide outstanding internal and external customer service
• Utilize Salesforce.com to record all collections activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• One to two years of relevant experience preferred; exceptional candidates with no prior experience will be considered as well
• Outstanding organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
• Strong multi-tasking ability
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments across the organization
• Ability to clearly articulate complex thoughts and concepts to clients
• Excellent client and internal communication skills including clear and concise writing skills
• Adept at managing spreadsheets and manipulating information
