In this role, you will report to the Global Head of Asset Management and will play a critical role driving value for Prologis as we grow our solar generation capacity from ~300MW to 1GW by 2025 and reach net zero by 2040. We are looking for an experienced Performance & Analytics Manager that is self-motived, team-centric, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for building the Performance & Analytics platform for our global energy assets. This person will work with IT, Asset Managers, FP&A, Accounting, Energy Trading, and others to develop tools, reports, and dashboards that can be used to monitor performance, provide actionable insight, and drive asset optimization. With strong support from our IT team, you can quickly go from a proof of concept to automation and analytics. What’s needed in order to do that: Serve as lead project manager/product owner for the performance and analytics platform. Lead the quarterly stabilized asset performance reviews and present to our executive team. Develop reports, dashboards, and various tools in excel and collaborate with IT to clean up data and automate reports and dashboards. Work with Asset Managers and other internal stakeholders to establish systems & processes that improve data quality and asset performance, define data/reporting priorities, and develop a roadmap for the performance & analytics platform. Review performance reports with Asset Managers and others to help drive continuous improvement in asset onboarding, data quality, pro-forma modeling, and asset optimization. In collaboration with others, help to generate tools that may be used for budgeting, P&L variance analysis, forecasting, etc. Tell us if you’re ready. 7 years of quantitative and qualitative analytical experience in finance, accounting, economics, business management, data analytics or information systems. Experience with solar/storage financial modeling, asset performance analytics, energy wholesale markets, and data/systems. Strong project management, leadership/ people management, and critical thinking skills to develop and implement solutions from proof of concept to implementation. Advanced data platform/technology and Microsoft Office skills/knowledge (i.e., Excel: advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros), Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience with financial reporting, analysis, numerical data, and data visualization software systems. High attention to detail and strong organizational, analytical and communication skills (written and verbal) to administer a performance and analytics platform. Ability to embrace change and adapt to evolving business needs and remain calm under pressure. Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's degree is a plus. Hiring Salary Range of: $138,000.00 - $179,000.00. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target & LTI) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
