Job Title: Technical Manager
Primary skills: 9 Years in Technical Project Management
Secondary skills: Development exp in Java or .Net
Location: Hyderabad
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
Job Description:
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- 8 years of experience in software development in any role
- 5 years of experience working directly with engineering teams
- 4 years of technical program management experience
- Deep understanding of software development process, and a proven track record of shipping software quickly, then iterating on the experience
- Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills. Ability to establish and manage projects and initiatives against a set of key metrics and goals
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive; demonstrated ability to have fun and inspire the team
- Track record of completing medium to large-scale projects from initiation to delivery
- Experience and desire to work in an environment similar to a high tech startup
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must. Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations in a matrix team environment
