Role: Project Coordinator with Move Management experience

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Mode of Hire: Full Time

Experience Required: 7 years

Key Skills: Project management, Vendor management, move coordination.

This Role will be working with the Client directly to coordinate major pieces of a significant office move project.

Skills Required:

• Project management
• Executive level status reporting.
• Coordination of timing/efforts and resources to complete moves within timelines.
• Documentation of problems and their solutions as they are uncovered.
• Service Now Utilization.
• Project lead for EUC providing representation in appropriate meetings and conversations.
• Provide thought leadership/innovation to the process.
• Provide a framework to ensure Customer experience is top of mind when moving.
• Interface with the Client and key stakeholders to keep informed of progress.
• Experience in Vendor management.
• Order validation, execution, shipping and receiving.
• Inventorying of abandoned equipment and the coordination of the disposal, cleaning and/or reuse.
