SUMMARY:
Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and on-going assessment of the housing and social service plan for all families assigned to the City Sanctuary Program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position requires an HS Diploma/GED and comparable experience. BA preferred. Previous experience with the homeless population is needed. Needs the ability to establish workload priorities and balance diverse caseloads. Must have exceptional communication skills both orally and in writing with individuals and groups regarding complex and sensitive issues or regulations. Bilingual Spanish/English is helpful. Physical ability to perform the essential job functions is needed. In addition, the Case Manager shall perform any duties as required to meet the needs of the program and the clients that we serve.
