ProIndustrial is currently seeking an experienced journeyman pipefitter for construction work in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Overview:

ProIndustrial is an industrial construction company located in Utah performing services in the Intermountain West area. We are actively seeking journeymen to work on ongoing projects in the Salt Lake Valley.

Position Summary

A successful journeyman for ProIndustrial performs their work safely and effectively to provide a quality and reliable product for our clients.

Qualifications

• Must have experience being a journeyman on construction sites.
• Must have good leadership and communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a background check.
• Proficient knowledge and ability to read and interpret P&IDs and Isos.
• Proficient in field dimensioning and verification.
• Proficient in lifting and rigging.
• May be required to work over-time hours, after hours, and on weekends.
• Must be able to carry and pull up to 50lbs frequently.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain safe work habits.
• Identify safety risks, and ways to mitigate risks.
• Journeyman responsibilities will include general journeyman duties relating to mechanical construction in refineries, mines, and manufacturing facilities.
• Provide help on rigging and handling projects.
• Identify all tools and materials required for tasks.

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
