The Revenue Analyst is responsible for maintaining the Finance team’s existing forecast tools, as well as assisting with new feature development. The analyst will work closely with the Revenue Analytics Manager to enhance the data processing pipeline, develop new forecasting methodologies, and conduct rigorous revenue analyses. The role will be data driven, however gaining an in-depth knowledge of our business is critical to success.

 
What you'll do...

• Take ownership of the existing forecast ecosystem and be responsible for daily updates
• Develop features that improve forecast precision and more accurately model our business
• Optimize our data pipeline for speed and efficiency
• Develop dashboards to measure forecast KPIs and visualize trends in the business
• Work with the Revenue Analytics Manager to develop next generation forecasting methodologies using advanced analytical techniques
• Assist with data mining for revenue related operational analyses on an ad hoc basis

About you...

• Bachelors degree in quantitative or business related field such as Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Finance, etc.
• 0-2 years experience in finance operations, business intelligence or operations role, preferably at a healthcare or high-growth company
• Competency in SQL and Python required
• Financial modeling skills (Excel, PowerPivot)
• Prior experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, Looker)
• Comfortable analyzing large, complex datasets (30M Rows)
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• A natural problem solver that is eager to learn and can work with minimal direction
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to ask the right questions

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary range for NYC-based applicants is: $70,000 - $90,000. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
