We’re looking for a Associate Product Manager, Development to join our growing Product team. You will lead the research, ideation, and design of new products that support Progyny’s mission and strategic vision. You will partner with Strategy, Design, and Engineering to ideate, design, and test and bring new product concepts to market. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter, highly collaborative, and has the ability to translate business strategy into viable product concepts.

What you'll do...

• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch of product concepts that support Progyny’s mission and strategic vision and address member and customer needs
• Develop a deep understanding of our members, customers and market through customer and market research and translate this knowledge into product concepts that are viable and competitive
• Partner with Marketing, Sales and Account Management to develop the go-to-market strategy and launch plan for your products
• Collaborate with business stakeholders including Engineering, Design, Digital, and Operations to translate business needs into technical requirements in order to test product concepts and develop your products
• Run A/B and beta tests for product prototyping and concept testing
• Work with the leadership team and the product organization to define, prioritize and own a roadmap based on business need and customer impact

About You...

• 3-5 years of Product Development, Strategy or Management experience; healthcare or B2B product experience preferred
• Experience owning the successful development of product(s) from initial concept to launch
• Strong customer and market research skills and experience with both qualitative and quantitative research
• Ability to design and run product prototyping with experience with A/B and/or beta testing
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Digital, Marketing, Sales, and other business stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven track record of translating business needs into technical requirements
• Highly analytical and data driven approach to prioritization and problem solving
• Experience with product and project management tools such as Jira, Miro, etc.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary range for NYC-based applicants is: $105,000 - $115,000. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
