Overview
This Salesforce administrator will demonstrate our Corporate Guiding Values of Integrity, Consumer Advocacy, Integrity, Teamwork, Development, Quality, and Performance in all areas of their work. They will be a dedicated, thorough, and detail oriented team player that consistently demonstrates a good attitude and communication skills. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting a complex system that is critical to the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design schema changes in support of significant business evolution to support growth
- Elicit and document requirements for new functionality requests from a cross-functional team of Salesforce users
- Design, document, and implement specific initiatives to improve data hygiene and security, improve sales team and help desk throughput and efficiency
- Document specific best practices in release management, SFDC data management, and ongoing improvements to CRM environment
- Ongoing Salesforce database schema updates and changes
- SFDC release management including Sandbox management, change set tracking, and requirement collaboration with software development team
- Lead “Help Desk” triage and request prioritization, provide Tier 2/3 SFDC support
- Research add-on application packages and support ROI analysis for acquisition of applicable programs
- Lead integration with 3rd party applications
- Design and implement SFDC training programs for sales team and other
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- At least B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related area
- 2-3 years CRM database administration
- Need SQL experience
- SFDC architecture experience
- SFDC admin certification or equivalent experience
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and an constantly evolving industry
- Highly developed listening skills, excellent customer service skills required
- Excellent, highly professional written and oral communication skills required
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with Apex and Visualforce development a plus
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Must be highly motivated self-starter, able to maintain poise under pressure
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
