Who You Are:
This position is responsible for analyzing business operations and recommending solutions to align individual business functions with mobile organizational goals. This position will support a team of Product Managers, focused on delivering the product roadmap. This team is responsible for MVNO evolution and long-term strategic development with key Mobile Network Partners in close collaboration with business and technical organizations. Product Management ownership of eSIM/pSIM strategy, roadmap, development and quarterly forecasting. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve process and systems. This role requires understanding of the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and recommends solutions to improve general business processes and planning. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks issues and defects that do not support peak Customer Experience. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. The role will report to the Director, Mobile Products, but will operate in a highly matrixed environment with numerous key stakeholders.
At the Analyst-Level, you will be expected to contribute to the development of recommendations, business knowledge and technology awareness, provide meaningful input into client deliverables/proposals, and take ownership of assigned tasks. You will conduct research, collect data, and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business solutions. Most importantly, you will embrace our firm’s brand and core values.

Compensation and Benefits:
For individuals assigned to work in Colorado, Excelacom is required to include a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role. However, final salaries will vary based on several factors, such as candidate’s level, qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. An individual may be hired at the Analyst, Consultant, or Manager level for this role with each level requiring an increasing set of responsibilities. For regular full-time employees, the estimated salary range is from $70,000 to $95,000.
