Location: Conway, SC - Hybrid Work Environment

Position Summary Description:

The Graphic Designer will be required to visually engage, inform, and inspire target audiences across all market segments withinProfessional Plumbing Group, Marcone, and Munch’s Supply. The designer must be highly creative and capableofvisually conceptualizing ideas through print and digital media. A successful candidate will understand branding and marketing, but also be able to vary design style and layouts to convey appropriate marketing campaigns for diversemarketing segments throughout the company.Reporting to the Graphic Design Manager the Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating supporting visual materials for the development of marketing and visual communication campaigns.

Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer:

  • Conceptualize design project scope from start to finish while maintaining company branding
  • Create print materials such as promotional flyers, product brochures, sell sheets, product catalogs, and posters
  • Create digital assets such as website banners, eblast banners, and supporting assets for social media
  • Review and proof designs for grammar, spelling, and functionality accuracy before publishing
  • Manage and maintain multiple project deadlines at varying levels of completion
  • Edit photography for such as on white product photography, glamour shots, 360 photography, and lifestyle imagery
  • Create custom artwork for customer product customization involving laser engraving and etching
  • Create trade show supporting materials such as back drop booth designs, swag design, and promotional flyers
  • Create mockups of design materials for conceptual visualization of size and layout relativity

Experience and skills required:

  • Proficient in graphic design fundamentals
  • Excellent knowledge of proper grammar and communication skills
  • Proficient with a Macintosh computer
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Capable of accepting constructive design criticism
  • Willingness to incorporate or perform design changes or edits recommended by others
  • Proficient with Adobe programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of any of the following programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, Microsoft Teams, 65-bit EasyCatalog, or Salsify is a plus but not required
  • Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a graphics field
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Graphic Design
