Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative provides product and order information, such as, but not limited to, pricing, specifications, availability and support to customers. Services incoming calls & e-mails to completion of transactions, while closing sales & providing outstanding customer service & quality products to customers and potential customers. Maximizes gross profits for the company on every order through pricing & managing costs.
