Essential Duties and Responsibilities: includes the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned.

• Programs vertical and horizontal mills and lathes
• Performs CNC setup on vertical and horizontal mills and lathes when necessary
• Analyzes drawings, sketches, blueprints, and designs to determine the best program and process to manufacture precision parts
• Writes setup instructions and tool lists to optimize setup time
• Observes operation of machine on trial run to improve program cycle time
• Creates job travelers and manufacturing operations from material and hardware to outside process

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High proficiency in Mastercam 2022 and Solidworks
• Proficiency in standard office and database programs/equipment
• Router Programming experience preferred

Education and Experience:

• 2-4 years' experience in a CNC Programming Role
• CNC Machine Certification preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
