Location: Orlando
Salary will depend on experience
Responsible to assist the management of all activities for construction project to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget, according to contracts and plans. Primarily in document processing and distribution.
Relies on extensive experience and knowledge in procedures and construction documentation.
Performs a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
- Coordinate and review all subcontracts submittals with Project Manager and Superintendent
- Responsible for processing all submittals and shop drawings
- Review and process MSDS sheets
- Update project schedule based on input from PM and Super
- Coordinate and review all RFI with Project Manager and Superintendent
- Responsible for processing all submittals and shop drawings
- Assist in processing Requisitions
- Assist in maintaining and processing Request for Change Orders
- Assist in preparing Request for Change Orders to be submitted to client
- Plan Management
- Assist in Checking plans for conflicts
- Assist to review and distribute to trades any revisions to plans
- Assist in maintaining field set and with current updated sheets
- Assist to process and track plan revision through city
- Assist to Maintain redline set
- Attend periodic meetings
- OAC meetings
- Trade meetings.
- Staff meeting
- Assist to take and distribute meeting minutes
- Responsible for proper documentation and record keep.
- Assist to close out all inspections and permits.
- Extensive blue print reading skills.
- Must have organizational and processing skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in the field predominantly in multifamily, preferably in condo projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Familiar with Procore
