The Role:

We’re looking for a contract recruiter to join our team. You’ll be acting as a champion for our company’s growth as we continue to build diverse, equitable, and high-performing teams for every department. You will be partnering closely with hiring managers, stakeholders and teams - enabling us to continue to attract and hire top talent as we continue to rapidly scale.

The ideal candidate will have strong full-cycle recruiting experience, an authentic and passionate approach to conveying excitement and building relationships, and will be a strong partner in helping us to build and deliver an all-encompassing hiring strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Review resumes, pre-screen candidates, and drive the interview process from end to end
  • Partner and coach hiring managers across multiple departments to understand hiring needs and team goals
  • Manage all hiring for all functions including planning, sourcing, negotiating offers, and creating the best candidate experience
  • Use your knowledge to provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, candidate insights, and best practices
  • Build a deep, trusting relationship with every applicant that you engage

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in full cycle recruitment 
  • You have a strong understanding of the recruiting landscape, with an understanding of how to identify and attract top startup talent
  • You have familiarity with different recruiting systems (we use Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter and TalentWall, just to name a few!)
